1. Introduction

Welcome to TaskLinePro. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TaskLinePro website at tasklinepro.com (the "Site"), our AI-powered voice agent services, SMS messaging services, and any related applications, tools, or platforms (collectively, the "Services") provided by TaskLinePro ("we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site or Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use the Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the Services under applicable law
• Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations

If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms. In that case, "you" and "your" will refer to that entity.

3. Description of Services

TaskLinePro provides an AI-powered platform designed for property management companies. Our Services include:

Voice AI Services

Our AI voice agent handles inbound phone calls from tenants, processes maintenance requests, creates service tickets, and manages communications on behalf of property management companies. Voice interactions may be recorded and transcribed for service delivery, quality assurance, and record-keeping purposes.

SMS Messaging Services

TaskLinePro sends and receives SMS text messages to facilitate ticket submissions, status updates, appointment confirmations, and other service-related notifications. By opting in to SMS communications, you consent to receive automated text messages related to the Services. Standard messaging rates may apply.

Web Platform

Our web-based dashboard provides property managers with tools to manage tickets, track call history, oversee contacts, manage properties, and administer billing. The platform also includes public-facing interfaces for tenant ticket submission and vendor coordination.

4. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of the Services, you must create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is inaccurate, false, or no longer current, or if you violate these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site or Services to:

• Upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, vulgar, or otherwise objectionable
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code into the Site or Services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, Services, or related systems or networks
• Use the Services to send unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, spam, or promotional messages via SMS or voice channels
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Services without our express written consent
• Use the voice AI or SMS features for any purpose other than legitimate property management operations
• Harvest or collect personal information of other users without their consent
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on the Site and within the Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof — are owned by or licensed to TaskLinePro and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Site or Services
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of any software used in the Services
• Use our trademarks, trade names, or service marks without prior written permission
• Build a competing product or service using information obtained from the Site or Services
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Services

9. Voice Call Recording and Transcription

Our AI voice agent handles inbound phone calls on behalf of property management companies. By using or interacting with our voice services:

• You acknowledge that calls may be recorded and transcribed for service delivery, quality assurance, training, and record-keeping purposes
• Call recordings and transcriptions are stored securely and retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data retention laws
• Property management companies are responsible for providing appropriate notice and disclosures to their tenants regarding call recording, as required by applicable state and federal laws
• You agree not to use the voice services to place or receive calls for fraudulent, harassing, or otherwise unlawful purposes

10. User Content

You may submit content through the Services, including maintenance requests, messages, contact information, property details, and other data ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting it, you grant TaskLinePro a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, store, and display your User Content solely as necessary to provide and improve the Services.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit your User Content, and that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

11. Payment and Billing

Certain features of the Services require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your selected plan in accordance with the pricing and billing terms presented at the time of purchase
• Provide accurate and complete billing information
• Authorize us to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis
• Pay any applicable overage charges, including per-minute charges for usage exceeding your plan limits

We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable advance notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Services.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site and Services may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by TaskLinePro. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that TaskLinePro shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of any such third-party content, goods, or services.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

You should not submit sensitive personal information — such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or health information — through the Site's public-facing forms, demo interfaces, or SMS communications unless specifically required by the Services and protected by appropriate security measures.

14. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TaskLinePro disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that:

• The Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from the Services will be accurate or reliable
• AI-generated voice responses, transcriptions, or ticket summaries will be free of errors
• SMS messages will be delivered without delay or failure
• Any defects in the Services will be corrected

You acknowledge that telecommunications services, including voice calls and SMS messaging, are subject to interruptions, delays, and failures beyond our control.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TASKLINEPRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

This limitation applies whether the damages arise from:

• Use or inability to use the Services
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in AI-generated content
• Failed or delayed SMS message delivery
• Interruptions to voice AI services
• Any other matter relating to the Services

In no event shall TaskLinePro's total aggregate liability exceed the amount you have paid to TaskLinePro in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TaskLinePro, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Site or Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property, privacy, or proprietary right; (d) your User Content; or (e) any claim that your use of the Services caused damage to a third party.

17. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms or any applicable policies
• Non-payment of fees
• Conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to other users, third parties, or the business interests of TaskLinePro
• Requests by law enforcement or government agencies

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.

18. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site or Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of New Hampshire, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other agreements or policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and TaskLinePro regarding your use of the Site and Services, and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
